Do the Doodle!

Is your class boring you?/Is your boss's butt-numbing speech irritating you?Are you really dead with something/someone but still want to focus?Wanna make yourself interested in the surroundings?Well, then I've got an idea for you!!
And the idea:doodling!
LOL!how on earth can drawing something ever help you in focussing on the surroundings?how can the meaningless, weird looking and often irritating patterns we generally draw make us feel interested?can mere scribbling help in changing the mood?
Well, the answer to these questions can be yes!
Doodling, fidgeting(spinning a pen or rearranging papers or playing with mobile) and scribbling practises which we generally do for passing time and are considered generally as signs of unwillingness are known to enhance concentration power and help you focus on the present surrounding aspects by not letting our mind to roam all around or day-dream and have a presence of mind.
#Lecturers and professors,If your students are doodling, scribbling or fidgeting around while you are teaching something worthwhile,no worries!
#Ceo's,Managing directors and corporate heads,do you often find your officials and subordinates drawing cartoons and all seems-to-be-useless stuff during board meetings and conferences?ignore it all now!
Coz,these activities are human mind's creative way of retaining the presence of mind while they are actually being bored. So next time around you find someone doodling, ease yourself!you need not be mad at them.for their mind is trying its best to keep them focussed.De facto, psychological studies proved that doodlers in a class remember 29% more than nondoodlers!!so Bingo!
concluding the idea,I would like to advice everyone who feels bored and looking for some IDEA to retain their presence of mind from wandering all round the world...Do not get lost in thoughts of past or future, instead live the moment and...Do the Doodle!
